How bookings and group requests work on this website.
Confirmed online straight away
Up to the number of people shown on the Book page, the booking is confirmed immediately if there is room in the chosen time slot: the screen and the confirmation e-mail say so. If the slot is full, the website suggests the nearest available times.
Requests to approve: a reply within 24 hours
Above that number, or for a large table with a remark, the form sends a request: the team replies within 24 hours. Until you receive our confirmation, the table is not booked. For a group meal with a tailor-made menu, go through the Groups page.
Groups
After your group request, we put a menu together with you from the à la carte menu and send you a written proposal within 24 hours. The group booking is final when you accept that proposal.
Changes or cancellation
With the link received by e-mail or shown after booking, you can change or cancel online up to the deadline stated in the e-mail. After that, or without the link, let us know by replying to the e-mail you received, at [email protected] or on 0495 11 48 48.
Without a booking
For a meal without a booking, just walk in: we are open every day from 8 am to 10.30 pm, public holidays included, kitchen until 10 pm.
Prices and payment
Prices are those of the current menu, VAT and service included. Bank cards and contactless payment accepted; American Express not accepted.
